you guys are funny with the bootcamp questions.
so, i've managed to lose the otto baby weight exclusively with running. i'm now working on some ollie baby weight (i held on to a few lbs & i'm ready to shed them). anyway, i joined extreme marine bootcamp in hopes to tone up and shed those lbs.
it may sound more impressive than it really is, i promise. there is an ex-marine/ex-model here in texarkana that instructs the classes. she is 50 years old and is in incredible shape. its definitely the hardest workout i've had since living in texarkana. its like any other aerobic class at a gym but she just uses the marine style workouts she knows. the most difficult part is being there at 6 am but the best part is being done with it before matt & meredith are on tv :)
oh ya, its also a fun b/c i'm the only whitie don't worry i can hang with the sisters ;)
i will post a hair before and after pic. nothing dramatic and i can still wear a pony tail.
Thank you for the bootcamp explanation, but I am more impressed (and jealous) that you got to see Wilco! Love them. Glad you found us on here and thanks for the congrats.
