While my sister was reading the Twilight series she told me I had to read it. She said she couldn't put it down & she loved them...blah, blah, blah. She's always reading something and I didn't think much about it. But everywhere I turn I hear about this book. After a visit to our local library I found out there was a waiting list for the book and I'd be the 11th person on the list. More curious than ever we went straight to Target to purchase the book and I'm pleased to say I'm on the bandwagon. Have you read it? What are you reading?
Jeremy is reading The New Kings of Nonfiction. He loves This American Life and I mean loves it...maybe even obsessed.

I read Twilight after hearing about it from a friend. Vampires - not a book for me - but I am glad you like it. She kept talking about it and I finally had to read it out of sheer curiosity. WONDERFUL! I loved it - even the vampire part I thought I would hate. I wonder what it is about this book that has so many people hooked??
Absolutely! I bought it probably close to a year ago after seeing it on my kids' desks repeatedly. I didn't pick it up until this summer, but I really enjoyed it when I did!
I just bought Twilight 2 days after hearing about it from a friend up here..,less than $7 at costco! I haven't started it yet, but I am already expecting the obsession.
Stephen heard about about it from someone that he worked with and after he was into book two, I started reading it. This was right before Ike hit and we had a three day vaca/evac from school. I am a pretty psycho reader when it comes to something I am into and well, I finished the whole series in like 7 days. So needless to say I am a fan...the movie comes out in like 5 days and I know it will be a bit of a disappointment (movies almost always are after the love of the book)but I cannot turn away, I am like a moth to a flame....
